The Cowgirl Chicks strive for excellence in all they do. Whether it's in the performance arena or in our community, The Chicks are determined to do their very best.

I am so excited to be a part of such an incredible team of girls! One of thebiggest draws for me has been the opportunity to ride for cancer patients. I have lost three grandparents to cancer. When I ride, I do so in their memory. When I think of all the hard work and commitment it takes to be a Cowgirl Chick, I just remember those who are battling cancer and suddenly I am able to press on - to do my very best.

Aside from riding for cancer patients, being a Cowgirl Chick has helped me improve my horsemanship and leadership skills. I love every girl on the team as if they were my sisters and every horse as if it were my own!

Scripture says: "All that you do, do it all to the glory of God". I believe when we ride with excellence we are glorifying God.

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In,all ways, acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3:5-6
