Where do you get honesty, determination, and loyalty with teammates and celebration of country and patriotism all rolled into one? The Cowgirl Chicks!

This team is truly unique, and I love being a part of it -- for many reasons. One, is who they are and what they stand for. I love that we can use our talents and abilities to help others in need.

Another reason being a Cowgirl Chick means so much to me is it gives the opportunity to ride and share the experience with my best friend, my twin sister, Biven. It has been a wonderful opportunity and one that I will never forget.

Among the many lessons I've learned since being a Chick: I found that if you take care of your horse, your horse will take care of you. It is so exciting to take these awesome animals into the arena and show their ability to run with speed and precision. Because we ride fast with so many of us in the arena, we have to trust in our horses as well as each other. Being on this team has taught me how to administer that trust.

God has truly blessed my life by allowing me to be a part of such an extraordinary team.
